This online print procurement service contacted Traversant to help promote its site and to ascertain satisfaction levels and areas for improvement. We conducted an extensive survey of site users, comprised both of vendors and buyers.

Result
Our findings were instrumental in management's decision to overhaul the design of the site, introduce additional functionality, and add instructional content. Our publicity efforts landed features for the firm in major national trade publications, such as American Printer, Printing Journal, Print-On-Demand Business, Flexo and Publishing and Production Executive.
