Corporate Branding, Trade Bindery
The new owner of a Northwest bindery sought to establish his company's position in the competitive Seattle market, and to integrate its marketing efforts with a clearly defined message. To achieve these goals, we produced a new corporate identity system, a capabilities brochure for mailings and tradeshow handouts, signage, a postcard campaign, and publicity campaign. The second year, we conducted a focus group to help determine key issues affecting bindery outsourcing and perceived negatives to the firm's possible relocation. We are now in our fourth year of working with this client, providing phone-on-hold scripts and monthly faxed newsletters.
The initial marketing efforts resulted in high name and logo recognition for the company. Findings from the focus group enable the client to counter objections to the consolidation of three operations into a new location.
