Assignment
This multiple-practice law firm initially engaged Traversant to help it promote a multimedia conference it was co-sponsoring at a resort in Arizona. Based on the success of these efforts, we were subsequently hired to help the firm: Establish consistent branding and messaging in marketing materials used by its many practice groups nationwide. Devise standard public relations procedures, including crisis response strategies. And monitor and report to corporate communications on trends in key industry areas, such as high-tech and venture capital, financial services, real estate, and manufacturing.

Result
A potentially damaging harassment suite was averted. The firm's marketing materials were upgraded. And attorneys in selected practice areas were kept informed of industry trends, enabling the firm to identify profitable market sectors for development.
