Brand Repositioning Research, Northern California Winery

Assignment
This California winery was considering repositioning one of its wines at a higher price point. We were assigned the project, which consisted primarily of researching competing brands on the market at both price points, as wells as a survey of wineries in the surrounding region and the different varietals they produced.

Result
Our findings prompted the winery to reconsider its strategy, deciding not to raise the price of the wine.
